Hotel & room options

All package prices are per person and are based on two people sharing a room. If you are traveling with a companion and book together, you will automatically be put in the same room. If you book separately but would still like to share with a specific person, simply put the name and/or booking number of your companion in the ‘comments’ section of your booking.

If you are a solo traveller, you will be paired with another traveller of same gender.

Any participants that wish to have a room for themselves can pay a single supplement fee in order to obtain a single room.

Ice-Camp lodge: Pre-Tour

The Ice Camp pre tour will spend the 2nd night at Polar Lodge. A cosy hostel located about 200m from the airport arrival hall. Toilets and bathrooms are on a shared basis in the hallway. The lodge has a small dining room where breakfast is served, a small kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and kettle, and a souvenir shop. Internet can be purchased in the reception/souvenir shop. 

Hotel Icefiord

Hotel Icefiord is a beautiful harbor hotel located in the center of Ilulissat, Greenland. It offers a spectacular view over the panorama of the UNESCO world heritage site of Disko Bay and its crystal-white glaciers. We offer comfortable single or double rooms, equipped with all modern facilities and private bathrooms.  

Hotel Hvide Falk

Hotel Hvide Falk is a charming hotel located in the center of Ilulissat. It has a spellbinding view of the spectacular Icefjord from all of its rooms and apartment facilities, which are equally equipped to the upmost comfort. We offer three types of accommodation: Standard rooms, Bay View rooms and private apartments. Please choose in your booking which one you prefer.
